Personal information on this form is collected under section 31(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, c.F-15-01 as it relates to the administration of the George Coles Bursary and will be used for the purpose of programs under Student Financial Services and with any other Provincial Department as may be necessary to evaluate the submission. You are considered a resident of PEI if you (as an independent or married/common-law student) or your family (as a dependent student) has most recently maintained a family home in PEI for at least twelve (12) consecutive months prior to beginning your post-secondary education. (You can also establish residency in PEI based on your spouse’s employment while you were married and chose to remain here to study after the relationship ended.)
A dependent student is a student who graduated from high school less than four years ago. 
Include month and year.
