Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-15.01) and is used by the Public Archives and Records Office to contact patrons if questions arise regarding their orders, to generate invoices and for delivery of orders. Due to the high volume of requests, the Public Archives and Records Office cannot provide a timeline for when orders will be completed. Requests are filled in the order in which they are received. Staff will contact you when your order is ready. Do not re-submit requests. If you are interested in ordering multiple record types e.g., baptism and a marriage or death. Please email us directly at archives@gov.pe.ca with all of the records requested at the same time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
